This spreadsheet will allow you to set a yearly budgeted amount for numerous categories and then track your spending in all of them comparing it to your budgeted amount, just like a business. It will track your income (monthly and yearly) and compare that with your monthly and yearly expenses. All aspects of your home finances can be tracked with this spreadsheet. Just enter your budget for each of the categories in the gray “budgeted” column (leave unused categories blank or change their names but DON’T delete them as it will throw off the calculations), then enter your income in the light yellow “income” section and your expenses in the appropriate category in the light yellow “expenses” section and the spreadsheet will do all the calculations for you.
